Understanding stamina is key to staying alive. It can allow you to survive a brief battle unharmed, but can quickly prove fatal if depleted.
- Stamina acts as an additional healthbar in combat, absorbing blows that'd otherwise threaten your life total
- Attacking or moving while in combat costs stamina
- You can still attack when your stamina is zero, but you won't be able to move.
- Resting will quickly regenerate your stamina, and you'll no longer required stamina to move again once your fully rested.

I love the scent maps in this game. Really wonderfully done! Took me a while to realise you could buy stuff from the boss, but once I did it became much easier. Doing divide and conquer on the ants before taking down their queen was great fun.
Thanks Darren! Glad to hear the scent trails were fun to play with, and thanks for mentioning the "boss as shop" was unclear, will add that to the help text.
